Spirituality and Business: “Some entry points of reflection”
The Metta Mantra of this book is that “without spirituality, business has
no prosperous or sustainable future”. Still today, many corporate actors
feel that spirituality and business are like oil and vinegar; i.e., they are
not supposed to blend. Therefore, the challenge is to establish a useful
and productive bridge between the two and assert the potential contributions
of Lord Buddha’s teachings to all aspects of corporate life and
functions. In this scenario, Business Education becomes the essential
foundation and vehicle for all present and future processes of corporate
transformation and change.
