Identiting is a bold theory summarizing part of the set of transformations that are changing the way we think about and execute management. This book frames the phenomenon of identity from a novel paradigm which opposes the traditional view of the subject, object and environment as independent elements. From the Identiting perspective, identity is seen as a phenomenon linked to the dynamics of quantum nature and uses tools from disciplines such as engineering, fundamental physics, quantum mechanics, systems theory, communicology and dramaturgy. The idea of an emerging paradigm in the field of management arises from the conception of the phenomenon of identity as a field through which decision makers access new tools to address current complexities.
